BREAD BOAT: This fresh East Side spot opened just a few months ago & was dreamed up by friends from Seattle who wanted to share their culture and a new cuisine with the Austin food scene! Plus, their head chef, Khatuna Kopaliani, was born and raised in Batumi, a coastal city by the Black Sea that also happens to be the birthplace of Adjarian khachapuri! Meaning she is bringing all that expertise and those same warm, cheesy bread boats (and a whole lot of Georgian hospitality) here!”
