Plus, their head chef, Khatuna Kopaliani, was born and raised in Batumi, a coastal city by the Black Sea that also happens to be the birthplace of Adjarian khachapuri! Meaning she is bringing all that expertise and those same warm, cheesy bread boats (and a whole lot of Georgian hospitality) here!”
